This service includes 2 face-to-face planning sessions prior to the big event (up to 2 hours each). Your Celebration Planner will offer guidelines and suggestions on timelines, themes, vendors and event logistics. Together we will discuss specialty service elements such as:
Venues
Caterers
Guest Needs
Equipment rentals
Floral & décor
Entertainment
Feel free to invite other important people who are involved in the event to these meetings.
It will then be up to you, the Event Host, to execute all arrangements following the planning sessions.
$200+tax
Once you have decided on what specialties you want to have at your event, your Celebration Planner will attend to all details regarding sourcing, bookings, confirmations and contract arrangements (excluding signatures and payment). If needed, viewings and samples will be arranged. We will be there every step of the way to ensure you don't ever feel overwhelmed!
Price based on number of vendors. Starting at $150 (Up to 3 vendors)+tax
Who's coming to your Celebration?
Your Celebration Planner will help you determine how to best get the word out about your big event. Common techniques include Facebook, email, evites, text and paper. Your Celebration Planner can also arrange for a public announcement if appropriate. If you opt for paper invites, production and postage will be at cost to you, the Event Host.
Once invites have been sent, prior to the event your Celebration Planner can act as a point person for guest RSVPs, guest queries about the event & communications such as dietary, mobility requirements, etc. All you need to do is enjoy the company!
$175, up to 100 guests + tax
Your Celebration Planner can assume all responsibility for having pre-event liaisons with service providers. Communicating expectations, questions, concerns and last minute adjustments will all be attended to.
In addition, on-going communication with the venue will be priority to ensure that it is able to meet guests' mobility needs, service providers' requirements, and commit to timelines for set up, tear down and deliveries.
Price based on number of service providers.
Starting at $150 (Up to 3 service contracts) +tax
Pre-orders for alcohol, grocery and food platters, as well as pick ups at the grocery and liquor stores are included in this service. In addition, your Celebration Planner can pick up other event items such as decorations, linens and other moderately sized items (excludes floral arrangements, equipment rentals). All purchase costs to be covered by you, the Event Host.

Price based on number of store pickups. Starting at $150 (Up to 5)+tax
Your Celebration Planner will ensure that you know what you need, and ensure you have all the necessary documentation, licenses and insurance to host a safe and liability-free event. If needed, we will ensure an AGLC liquor license is arranged, source and confirm event insurance, then ensure both are printed for display the day of the event. We will confirm that all bar and security staff have required Pro-serve certifications. If alcohol will be served then Everyway Events will also source and pre-arrange safe ride service providers, or gather cost options for ride-hailing services.
We can also look into parking logistics and reserve parking areas, ensure mobility issues are accommodated and reserve picnic sites.
No need for you to stress about the little things!

Don't forget to make the time to allow yourself to get ready for the big event!
Your Celebration Planner can take care of setting up the final details for your Celebration on the day. This service includes 3 hours of set up which may include table settings, venue layout, signage & other displays, minor decorating, last minute errands, minor cleaning tasks. The hours must conclude before the event start time and do not include re-arranging furniture and moving heavy equipment. Heavy lifting will be kept to a minimum.
If you think it's needed, extra staffing can be arranged for an additional fee.

$300 (Initial 3 hours)+tax
Music sets the tone, pictures make the memories, and every event needs signage!
The first option with this service has your Celebration Planner creating a musical playlist or a personalized picture slide show. You will provide the content and we will put it together. After the event the USB with the playlist, or the slide show is yours to keep!
The second aspect of this service includes making all the necessary arrangements for equipment rentals such as speakers, sound equipment, projector & screen, lighting, etc. If you want a professional photographer at your event we can source and arrange that too!
The last, but far from the least, is having your Celebration Planner make all the arrangements for necessary posters and printed products such as handbills, name cards, signage, etc. This includes ordering, reviewing and picking up what is needed to make your event run smoothly for everyone. Design and printing costs are to be covered by you, Event Host.

Coordinating printing and rental services $150. (Up to 3) +tax
If you're having a cash bar, hosting a silent auction, asking for guest contributions or accepting for donations, there are many money factors to consider.
Your Celebration Planner can make all the arrangements to ensure that there are lock boxes for security, cash floats, receipts for donors and even wireless payment readers so you can accept credit and debit payments. Everyway Events is also set up to accept and track pre-event guest payments for costs such as dinner, gift contributions and donations.
Everything will be in place for secure financial transactions. All you need to do is determine who will be responsible for money management during the event.
The amount needed for the cash float and receipt information will need to be provided by you, the Event Host.
$150+tax includes all above services
After an epic Celebration, all you may want to do is call it a night! Your Celebration Planner can take care of cleaning up after the event. This service includes up to 3 hours clean up during, or following the event. The service may include table clearing, stacking chairs, bundling linens, disposing of garbage/recycle, surface wiping, sweep & mopping floors, wiping bathrooms & kitchen, loading dishwasher, etc.
The hours must conclude before 1 AM and do not to include re-arranging furniture and equipment. Heavy lifting will be kept to a minimum.
Extra staff may be arranged if required, for an additional fee.
$450+tax (Initial 3 hours)
Sometimes there are still lots of little things that need to get done following an event. Leave it to your Celebration Planner to ensure that all rental returns are properly arranged, deposits are retrieved and contracts are closed. We will attend to the venue inspection, ensure donation drop offs are made and if necessary, provide feedback to the service providers.
$150 includes all above services
This unique service offered by Everyway Events, is intended to support out-of-town guests in meeting their travel needs so they can attend the event, stress-free! Your Celebration Planner is well-versed at navigating options for cost efficient travel possibilities for Edmonton and surrounding area. This might include how to get to the city, arranging vehicle rentals or limousine services, providing hotel options, and making recommendations for spending time in Edmonton.
Event Hosts may refer guests in order to discuss contract options.

Your Celebration Planner is more than willing to enlist the help of others to ensure your event runs efficiently. Please discuss this with your Celebration Planner a minimum of two weeks prior to the event. Everyway Events' service staff will be held to the highest professional standards of service provision. In addition, they will hold Pro-serve certification allowing them to serve alcohol.
$100+tax for 2 hours of each additional staff
